The 9:47 pm call nobody answered — that still became a booked job

Septic problems don't happen at 10 am on a Tuesday. They happen at night, on weekends, mid-shower. When a small crew can't pick up, the caller usually just dials the next company on Google. Missed-call text-back fires within a minute, asks the two qualifying questions that matter, and hands the customer a booking link.

How it works (the setup behind this demo)

  1. Trigger: any missed call to the business number, 24/7.
  2. Within ~60 seconds: an automatic text from the business introduces itself and asks what's wrong.
  3. Qualifying questions: address/area + urgency (alarm/backup vs. routine). Emergency answers also alert the owner immediately.
  4. Booking link: the customer picks a window on the booking page — no app, no account.
  5. Owner summary: one message with name, issue, address, and window. The owner wakes up to a booked job, not a lost one.
  6. Human takeover: the owner can reply in the same thread at any point and the automation steps aside.

Honest limits

The automation handles the first response and scheduling only. It never quotes a final price, never diagnoses beyond the customer's own words, and any reply it doesn't understand goes straight to the owner. In this demo, the customer's replies are scripted — press Play again any time.
